I'm having issues with this program.
1. Passes ch1 AC Amplitude Accuracy - on the program, but fails on the datasheet. Looks as though it's recording the data backwards or the datasheet is backwards, with some prefix conversion issues.
2. Ch1 AC Amplitude test says use a 50Ω term, but it reads half of what programs says it should. Passes without terminator. Ch2 passes in the program with the term, but fails on the datasheet, same as issueabove.
*additionally, there's some (10kHz and 100kHz) Frequency Response Ver testpoints that fail because of the same issues above.

Great catch and thanks for pointing this out. All changes were made and posted to the other 2000 series.

Problems resolved.
