My National Instruments GPIB to USB returns an error message

If you have a 53220A and the procedure calls for an 11834 pulse gen - what are the alternatives if you don't have one? Help each other out by asking and answering.

Many times we hear of clients in the field who receive a message telling them that their National Instruments GPIB to USB interface are counterfeit and the program halts.

While we don't have a solution for you on the device that you purchased, the simplest method to resolve is to contact us and we will roll back your libraries to version 17.0 which will resolve the issue.
