Test ALL of the same parameters the manufacturer does – complete with options. This procedure not only handles the point by point calibration but will even allow the technician to perform testing via USB or ethernet.
VeeCal PROGRAM LAUNCHER
We have came out with a new launcher per many of the recommendations and requests.
The biggest complaint we heard was the old launcher would only let you select one program and then you had to close it and reopen. This is no longer the case.
Now, you can just erase what was there from before and type in your new search. The smart search still works the same. You can type “344” for example and anything that matches a 344 will show in the results. i.e. 34401, 34490, 34465, etc.
This new launcher will also take you directly to the forums where you can let us know of procedures you would like to see written – issues you have with existing programs – or maybe offer some advice to others who have questions on calibration techniques.
We think you will be quite pleased with the new launcher and hope you find it much easier to use than the previous version.
AUTO UPDATER
Now You Will Receive Updates And New Procedures With No Disruption
We tried several methods to get programs (both new and updated) to the techs in the field and everything seemed to fail. Finally, we hired in an outside company to do this for us and the initial results seem very promising.
In order to receive updates on your PC it must be connected to the internet at the same time each day. Different computers are set for different regions in order to minimize the load on our server.
As long as you are connected, a scan will occur and anything that has a newer date stamp than what is stored locally on your hard drive will update automatically.
We anticipate some growing pains with this, but we are committed to making this happen for you.

New Procedures We Have Finished
The lab standards we pulled in for this performance test were the Fluke 9500 (single head 3.2 GHz) – an Agilent 53132A – and a Agilent 34401A for impedance.
A suitable replacement would be the Fluke 5522A or the 5560 (Although they have not released the scope module as of this post)
We will challenge any lab – anywhere – to go head to head with our software. It is humanly impossible for a technician to beat our software when it comes to items like this. We would double the challenge if the client requests point by point data to be recorded.
